Refundable Breakage Deposit of £150 per property per booking

Prices include *all linen (except towels) *electricity *gas *central heating *cots and highchairs * additional Z bed * a weekly clean and change of sheets for bookings of 2 weeks or more

A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required when booking, the balance and breakage deposit is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Welcome Pack, baby-sitting and cooked meals can be arranged on request.

Swimming pool heating is on between beginning of May and end of September and by arrangement at other times of the year.

Arrival and departure is on a Sunday but can be flexible early and late season.

The property will only be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We ask that you do not arrive before 4pm as it may cause delay in ensuring the properties are made ready to the required standard.
