Booking Conditions
  • The booking form should be signed by an adult group leader who accepts all the booking conditions on behalf of the rest of the group.
  • The booking is confirmed after receipt of a completed booking form and a deposit of approximately 25% of the total rental.
    The balance is payable no later than six weeks prior to arrival, if payment is not received we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation. For your convenience we will send a reminder.
  • Should you have to cancel your booking please advise us by telephone and then in writing. Cancellation charges would be;
                       Prior to the issue of the final invoice deposit only
                       After issuing the final invoice total rental cost

     If a booking is cancelled after the final invoice is issued we would make every effort to re let the property and refund the balance.
  • A refundable breakage deposit of 150 per booking per property is required prior to arrival. Cost of damage, breakages and failure to clean the property will be explained and reasonable charges deducted from the deposit.  Deposits will be repaid at the conclusion of the holiday, usually within fourteen days. It may be necessary to delay it if estimates or invoices for replacements are require.
  • The property will only be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We ask that you do not arrive before 4pm as it may cause delay in ensuring the properties are made ready to the required standard.
  • To ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe holiday clients are asked to respect the rules of the houses and swimming pool.
